Guoyue Investment Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Guoyue Group) is a cross-regional, group-operated enterprise established in 2010, with its headquarters located in the central area of Futian District, Shenzhen, and a registered capital of 200 million yuan. The group was formerly named Shenzhen Yuehua Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and its predecessor was Shenzhen Yuehua Investment Group Co., Ltd., established in 1998.

1. Thermal power generation projects
Projects already in operation include the Guangdong Shaoguan coal gangue comprehensive utilization power generation project (2×350 MW), with a total investment of 3.65 billion yuan, and the Guodian Zhaoqing Dawang 2×350 MW cogeneration project jointly invested and constructed with China Guodian Corporation, with a total project investment of 3.4 billion yuan; projects under application and construction include the Hunan Huaihua stone coal comprehensive utilization project (2×300 MW class) and the Guoyue Huayin Shaoguan cogeneration comprehensive utilization power generation project (2×700 MW).
2. Hydropower projects
Projects already in operation include the Guangdong Huizhou Dongjiang Water Conservancy Hub, Qingyuan Beijiang Water Conservancy Hub, Huidong Xizhijiang Hydropower Station, Yingde Hongqiao Hydropower Station, Shaoguan Tangtou Hydropower Station, etc., with a total installed capacity of more than 300,000 kW and a total investment of 4.1 billion yuan.
3. Solar energy and wind power projects
Projects already in operation include the Huizhou solar power station, and the Hunan Guidong wind power and solar power stations that are under development and construction.
4. Real estate investment projects
Guoyue Group invested in urban development projects in 1994, covering auto parts malls, Grade A business buildings, and tourism real estate, etc. Currently, it has multiple project reserves in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Zhaoqing, Shaoguan, Huaihua and other places, which can provide strong support for the sustainable development of the group's real estate sector.
5. Environmental protection technology projects
In the field of environmental protection, Guoyue Group mainly invests in technological projects for the treatment of air, water, soil, and solid waste pollution, desulfurization and denitrification supporting thermal power, and waste incineration power generation, etc.
6. Fishery projects
Approved by the former Ministry of Agriculture, Guoyue Group invested 100 million yuan to build 7 new professional ocean-going fishing vessels. The fishing vessels have been approved by China and Mozambique and all proceed to Mozambique fishing grounds to engage in fishery capture production operations.
Guoyue Group takes energy investment, infrastructure construction, and real estate development as the group's main business.
