Chongqing Huamao International Logistics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established in Chongqing by CTS Huamao International Logistics Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in international air and sea freight forwarding business, and is the core agent in Chongqing for airlines such as Air China Cargo, China Airlines, Singapore Airlines, and Qatar Airways. Its parent company, CTS Huamao International Logistics Co., Ltd., was established on December 26, 1984. It was among the earliest first-class international freight forwarding companies approved by the government nationwide, and has been professionally engaged in cross-border integrated logistics services for 26 years of operation and development. Huamao currently has branches in 29 major cities across the country and three overseas offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Frankfurt, Germany.
The actual controller of Huamao is China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Limited. China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Limited has been rooted in Hong Kong for eighty years and is a key state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and one of the four major Chinese-funded enterprises stationed in Hong Kong.
