Our independently developed emulsified oil separation technology is the world's first to use physical methods to solve the technical challenge of demulsification. It has been appraised as reaching the international advanced level and has obtained a national invention patent and support from the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
The company has long been deeply engaged in the field of pollution prevention for ships and marine engineering. The YSR series oil-water separators developed and manufactured by the company differ from conventional filtration methods for removing emulsified oil. They innovatively adopt a physical demulsification method, and their discharge index is less than 5 ppm, far below the 15 ppm discharge requirement of the International Maritime Organization. They are widely used in various ships and marine engineering platforms and are widely recognized by the industry.
We have complete qualifications and have passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. The YSR series oil-water separators have successively obtained type approval certificates from the China Classification Society, the European Union and major American classification societies. We are the first enterprise in China to obtain a type approval certificate for oil-water separators from the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
