东莞市铭上模具配件有限公司位于广东东莞长安，深耕精密模具零件制造多年，专注非标精密模具零件的按图定制加工。我们依据客户2D/3D图纸加工型芯、型腔与型芯镶件、螺纹件、颈环件、滑块与斜顶镶件、套筒及复杂替换件，主要用于多腔精密模具，服务日化包装、瓶盖闭合件、医疗耗材等方向。公司拥有恒温车间与全工序加工能力：Makino（牧野）CNC铣削、Hardinge（哈挺）CNC车削、Sodick（沙迪克）EDM电火花及慢走丝、外圆/内孔/平面/台阶/无心磨磨床群；检测配备ZEISS（蔡司）三坐标测量机（CMM）与TESA量具，关键尺寸精度可达0.005mm，表面光洁度可达Ra0.4。已通过ISO9001:2015质量管理体系认证。我们的客户以国内精密模具厂及拥有自有模房的注塑厂为主，我们按客户图纸要求与量产标准来衡量品质与交期。
