I. School Introduction:

Under the leadership of the Yuexiu District Committee and District Government and the specific planning of the Yuexiu District Education Bureau, Guangzhou Yuexiu District Huiquan School officially held a trusteeship ceremony on September 20, 2017. Mr. Chen Fugui, the former principal of Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School, officially became the general principal of our school. This marked a new chapter of comprehensive strategic trusteeship and cooperation between our school and Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School. It is a major resource integration initiative that deeply integrates public and private education and promotes balanced and high-quality education. It is also a pioneering move in Yuexiu education to be "pragmatic and truth-seeking, and to pursue excellence."

Guangzhou Yuexiu District Huiquan School is a full-time nine-year consistent school managed comprehensively by an excellent management team dispatched by Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School. The two schools have signed a comprehensive trusteeship agreement to carry out comprehensive and systematic co-construction and quality improvement in school management, campus culture, resource sharing, preparation for the middle school entrance examination, education and teaching quality, training of backbone teachers, research projects, class teacher training, moral education construction, and special activities.

The group places high importance on the development of Huiquan. The school was placed under trusteeship of Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School in 2017, and in 2019, a strategic positioning for a high-quality, high-end school was established. In 2021, the Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School Education Group, to which our school belongs, was successfully selected into the first batch of provincial-level high-quality basic education group cultivation and creation lists in Guangdong Province. Under the culture of the Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School Education Group, the school has refined its educational philosophy: "Gathering the spring of wisdom, cultivating people of sincerity." It actively implements the school-running approach for high-level development. The school employs renowned principals, senior teachers, and a group of municipal teaching research experts to comprehensively guide education, teaching, and management. To achieve sustainable high-quality development, the school has established "primary and secondary school teaching research expert teams," "Huiquan-No.16 Middle School teaching research and learning communities," and "Huiquan-No.16 Middle School backbone teacher training programs" based on the renowned principals and teachers of Guangzhou City and No. 16 Middle School. Guided by the idea of "providing more possibilities for student development," the school strengthens the construction of student clubs and has established a total of 27 clubs to meet the interests and needs of children. For example, sports clubs include track and field, martial arts, fancy rope skipping, football, basketball, badminton, aerobics, and cheerleading; art clubs include Chinese dance, jazz dance, Latin dance, choir, folk music, children's creative painting, and calligraphy; science and technology clubs include 3D printing, model aircraft, and intelligent robots, meeting students' personalized needs. The school actively participates in various competitions and activities at the municipal and district levels, such as the "Growing Together, Dreaming in Guangzhou" art education achievement exhibition hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau; performing in the first Children's Chinese Classics Spring Festival Gala broadcast by Guangdong Children's Channel, with the large-scale dance "Dance Art" performed as the opening act. The school choir and dance team have participated in district-level competitions multiple times and achieved excellent results. IV. Work Benefits:

The average annual salary for primary school teachers is 140,000 yuan, and for junior high school teachers is 160,000 yuan. Free meals and accommodation are provided. A formal contract is signed, and five insurances and one housing fund are purchased. A physical examination is provided once a year. Teachers who meet the requirements are assisted in evaluating professional titles. An annual high-quality trip (such as Guilin landscape, Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom, Zhangjiajie, etc.) is provided, along with various high-end trainings at the provincial, municipal, and district (Yuexiu) levels.
