Green Dahuafutures Co., Ltd. is a professional futures company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), wholly owned by Shanxi Securities Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Beijing CBD, its predecessor, Green Futures Co., Ltd., was established in 1993 and is one of the earliest futures companies in China. Currently, the company has a registered capital of 1.3 billion yuan and employs over 300 people. Its main businesses include commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, and asset management. It holds trading and clearing member seats at all five futures exchanges in China and has been elected as a council member of the China Futures Association in each term, as well as a member of the China Securities Association. The company has 24 branches in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, and leverages Shanxi Securities' over 100 business outlets across the country to form a nationwide service network. In March 2006, the company received CSRC approval to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, becoming one of the first six futures companies in China to set up a subsidiary in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong subsidiary holds licenses for futures contract trading (RA2), securities trading, and asset management issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. It is a futures trading and clearing member of the Hong Kong Exchange and maintains good cooperative relationships with major futures exchanges worldwide, building a professional, high-quality, and diversified global integrated futures trading platform.
