Zhengzhou Keting Automobile Chassis Suspension System Co., Ltd. is located in Jiulong Industrial Park, Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is another production base established in 2014 by Ningbo Keting Group, following its four production bases in Ningbo, Wuhu, Ordos, and Hangzhou Bay. Covering an area of 31,330 square meters, with a planned total investment of 320 million yuan, the first-phase plant area of 18,000 square meters went into operation in June 2014 and began mass supply to customers. The company's main products are sedan chassis system assemblies. Its primary customers currently include Chery Automobile, Dongfeng Nissan, Zotye Automobile, Changan Automobile, Great Wall Motor, FAW Car, Geely Automobile, and Changshu Land Rover, covering both joint venture and independent brand automobile OEMs in the domestic market.
The company currently possesses production equipment such as ABB/MOTOMAN/OTC welding robots, laser cutting machines, press-fitting special machines, fully automatic pipe bending machines, rear axle machining special machines, and fully automatic electrophoretic coating lines, as well as testing equipment including coordinate measuring machines, metallographic analyzers, various material testing machines, and dynamic fatigue testing machines.
The company passed QS9000 quality system certification in 2001 and TS16949 automotive industry quality system certification in 2006.
