China Imported Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. (formerly China Imported Automobile Trading Center, hereinafter referred to as "Zhongjin Auto Trading") is a large state-owned enterprise established in 1993 with the approval of the State Council, with a registered capital of RMB 818 million. Zhongjin Auto Trading was originally affiliated with the State Economic and Trade Commission. After the institutional reform of the state, as a national key enterprise, it was successively directly managed by the Central Enterprise Work Committee and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). In May 2004, with the approval of SASAC, it was restructured with China National Machinery Industry Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinomach") and became a member unit of Sinomach. In 2007, it was renamed from China Imported Automobile Trading Center to China Imported Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. In October 2011, in accordance with its development strategy, Sinomach injected the assets of Zhongjin Auto Trading into Dingsheng Tiangong Co., Ltd. through an asset swap, and established Sinomach Automobile Co., Ltd. (stock code on the Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600335). Currently, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinomach Automobile Co., Ltd., Zhongjin Auto Trading's main business areas involve: imported automobile trading services, automobile import services, and automobile retail services. In the field of imported automobile trading services, Zhongjin Auto Trading started with the "balanced automobile trade" between China and the United States in 1993. Subsequently, it cooperated with General Motors in 1995, Chrysler in 2003, Volkswagen in 2005, Ford in 2010, and Tesla in 2013, becoming a full-chain service provider for many well-known multinational automobile enterprises. Currently, the imported automobile brands served by Zhongjin Auto Trading include: imported Volkswagen, Chrysler, JEEP, Dodge, Jaguar, Land Rover, Buick, Chevrolet, etc. In the field of automobile import services, Zhongjin Auto Trading has always aimed at providing higher-quality and more efficient automobile import services, continuously improving its service capability system combining software and hardware, and possesses full-chain service capabilities including vehicle customs declaration, inspection declaration, warehousing, logistics, new vehicle inspection, and vehicle preparation.
