Shenzhen International Holdings Limited is a backbone enterprise of the Shenzhen Municipal Government listed overseas, and a Shenzhen state-controlled enterprise with logistics as its main business. The Company owns three listed financing platforms: Shenzhen Expressway A shares and H shares, and Shenzhen International (HK), and holds a 49% equity interest in Shenzhen Airlines. It is an international modern logistics industry group integrating logistics infrastructure investment and development, modern logistics information, supply chain management, and comprehensive urban logistics services. The Company has 30 controlled enterprises at various levels. As of mid-2018, its total assets exceeded HK$81.1 billion. In 2012, the Company launched the "Shen International Comprehensive Logistics Port" strategy, committed to building a networked layout in central cities across the country. Over a period of 5-10 years, it aims to build public platforms serving logistics enterprises of all kinds in more than 30 major provincial capital cities and key economically developed cities in China. To date, investment agreements have been signed in 22 cities including Shenyang, Tianjin, Wuxi, Wuhan, Shijiazhuang, Changsha, Hefei, Nanchang, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Guiyang, Nanning, and Kunshan.
Shen International Logistics Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as Logistics Development) is affiliated with Shenzhen International Holdings Limited. It was established in March 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 2 billion. At present, the Company has 26 signed projects involving 22 cities, with an agreed land area of over 6.63 million square meters and total assets of RMB 5 billion.
