Our institute was established in 1994 and was originally affiliated with the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army, primarily undertaking the design of military engineering and facilities within the army, making due contributions to the support of military construction and receiving high praise from military leaders. In 1996, in accordance with the requirements of the Central Committee and the Military Commission, our institute was transferred from the military to the local government and placed under the State Science and Technology Commission. Since its establishment, our institute has been committed to the improvement and effective operation of its quality system with distinctive features, ensuring high quality, high level, and high reputation in design products and design services. We adhere to the spirit of respecting science, following regulations, and providing high-quality design; ensuring quality, promoting development, and striving for excellence. Over the past more than two decades, we have completed over a thousand large, medium, and small design projects covering various building types, and a large number of projects have won excellent design awards.
