I. Company Profile: Meijian Building Systems (China) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as ABC) was jointly invested and established in 1994 by American Buildings Company, a global leader in prefabricated metal building systems, and CRI, an American industrial investment group. ABC has inherited and developed the complete metal building technology system of American Buildings Company, committed to providing a series of competitive services, including solutions, design, fabrication, installation, and after-sales maintenance for various steel structure building systems and products, serving both the Chinese and global markets. Headquartered in Shanghai, ABC has four business divisions in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, and Tianjin. ABC is the first in the industry to obtain the Class A qualification for steel structure engineering design and is also the first foreign-invested enterprise to obtain the Grade I qualification for professional contracting of steel structure engineering. It has also obtained the qualification for foreign contracted engineering operations, high-tech enterprise certification, and FM certification, and has fully passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and national safety production license certification. As a global leader in metal building technology, ABC has been committed to the formulation of various standards, mainly including national and industry standards such as "Technical Specification for Steel Structures of Light-weight Buildings with Gabled Frames", "Application Technical Code for Metal Profiled Sheets", and "Code for Fire Prevention of Building Steel Structures". In 19 years since entering China, ABC has completed steel structure projects with a total area of 18 million square meters, with annual sales growth of 30%. In 2013, the plan is to exceed 1.7 billion yuan. II. Enterprise Qualifications: One of the first designated enterprises for both manufacturing and installation by the China Construction Metal Structure Association; the first to obtain Class A qualification for steel structure engineering design; the first foreign-invested steel structure enterprise to obtain Grade I qualification for professional contracting of steel structure engineering; the first steel structure foreign enterprise to obtain the qualification for foreign contracted engineering operations issued by the Ministry of Commerce; the manufacturing plant and roofing system have passed the US FM certification; National High-tech Enterprise.
