中国南方航空股份有限公司北京分公司成立于2005 年12 月，基地设在北京，现有员工4000多人，执管飞机32 架，年安全飞行超过10 万小时，年保障在北京进出港旅客超过1600 万人次。为积极推进贯彻京津冀协同发展的国家战略，南航积极参与北京大兴国际机场建设，经发改委、国资委、民航局批准，南方航空已正式确定为北京大兴国际机场的基地航空公司。随着2019年新机场的建成并投入使用，南航北京分公司将迎来史无前例的发展机遇，预计2020年前后，北京分公司运营飞机将达100架，员工队伍达到15000余人，将成为南航欧美远程航线的门户枢纽。届时广州、北京两大枢纽互为联动、互相补充、整体发展，真正实现南航国际化、网络型航空公司的战略目标。
