Bank of China Information Technology Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BOCHK Information") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "BOCHK"). Established in 1993, it undertakes some of the technological innovation and development, bank customer data input, remittance, microfilming and other operational processing work of the BOCHK Group. BOCHK Information has strong technological capabilities, advocates humanized management, and strictly complies with all laws, regulations and policies. It has been awarded honorary titles such as "Shenzhen Key Software Enterprise", "Top 100 Software Enterprises in Shenzhen", "Baijia Model Enterprise Trade Union", "Technology-Advanced Service Enterprise", and "Luohu District Through-Train Enterprise". It is a major taxpayer and trade union fund contributor in Shenzhen, and the company's tax credit rating has been rated A-level over the years.
BOCHK Information has two departments and three teams (Shenzhen Innovation and Development Department, Data Operations Department, Human Resources Team, Finance Team, and Corporate Services Team), implementing a matrix management structure, reporting respectively to the Information Technology Department, Operations Department, Human Resources Department, Accounting Department, and Corporate Services Department of BOCHK.
The Shenzhen Innovation and Development Department is BOCHK's network hub center, data exchange center and innovation R&D center in the mainland. It has a technical team with expertise in both banking business and computer technology, and rich experience in large-scale software development and project management, covering IBM mainframe platforms, AIX/UNIX/LINUX open platforms and Windows platforms.
The Data Operations Department mainly provides centralized data processing services for BOCHK and its subsidiaries, engaging in data input, remittance, microfilming and other operational work.
BOCHK is a controlling enterprise of Bank of China, one of the three note-issuing banks in Hong Kong, and also Hong Kong's *** RMB business clearing bank. BOCHK was registered and established in Hong Kong on September 12, 2001, and was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on July 25, 2002. It is one of Hong Kong's *** listed companies and commercial banking groups, with stock code [2388]. The BOCHK Group actively implements the strategy of integrated domestic and overseas operations of the Bank of China Group.
