DaXin Accounting Firm

DaXin Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as DaXin) was founded in 1945 by Mr. Wu Yinghao, a pioneer of modern accounting in China. It was rebuilt in 1985 by his student, Mr. Wu Yige, a part-time professor at Wuhan University. Today, DaXin has developed into a firm headquartered in Beijing with branches nationwide, with business revenue scale consistently ranking among the top 100 firms in the CICPA list for a long time, and is one of the "Big Eight" domestic firms.

Currently, DaXin's headquarter (registered address) is located in Beijing, with 30 branches nationwide. It has over 100 partners, more than 1,200 certified public accountants, and over 4,100 employees. It has formed "five major" service specialties: audit and assurance, joint-stock reform and listing services, international accounting business services, engineering cost auditing and consulting services, and tax and accounting management consulting.

With its scale and strength, DaXin has obtained various professional qualifications for accounting intermediary institutions, including audit qualifications for H-share enterprises; audit of securities and futures related businesses issued by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission; engineering cost consulting (Grade A) qualification approved by the Ministry of Construction; land consulting Grade A qualification issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources; and audit qualification for central enterprises granted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
