Chongqing Purun Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. is located in Chongqing, one of China's four municipalities directly under the Central Government, in the Chongqing Northern New Area, an inland open economy demonstration zone. It is a green building development enterprise supported by the Chongqing Municipal Government's policies. Purun Holding's business covers construction, real estate development, engineering design, financial management, commercial investment, and other modules. Through wholly-owned, controlling, and equity participation, it owns more than ten enterprises including Chongqing Purun International Industrial Co., Ltd., Chongqing Purun Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Chongqing Purun Construction Labor Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Zhongjing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., with over 3,500 permanent employees and more than 200 management personnel of various types.
Chongqing Purun Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. officially started group-based operations in 2013. After more than ten years of accumulation, while maintaining rapid growth in its core businesses of design and survey and engineering construction, Purun Holding has continuously expanded into diversified markets. It has successively established long-term strategic cooperative relationships with Chongqing International Construction (Group) Co., Ltd., leading Chinese hydropower engineering enterprises such as East China Investigation and Design Institute and Kunming Investigation and Design Institute, as well as multiple well-known real estate development enterprises. Together they have completed land planning and construction projects for urban regional centers, real estate development projects in Chongqing, Guizhou, and other places, as well as the construction of multiple urban main roads, large bridges, water conservancy projects, and other municipal projects, such as: land development and real estate development of a 3,000-mu new city in Hechuan District, Chongqing; construction of 10 kilometers of roads and bridges in Wuchuan, Guizhou; and construction and investment of 20 kilometers of urban roads in Dazu District, Chongqing.
