Beijing New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BJEV") was founded on November 14, 2009. It is a subsidiary of Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. It is China's first new energy vehicle enterprise to operate independently, obtain production qualifications for new energy vehicles, carry out mixed-ownership reform, and serve as a pilot for employee stock ownership reform in state-owned enterprises. On September 27, 2018, BJEV officially listed on the A-share market, becoming the "first stock of China's new energy vehicles" (stock name: BAIC BluePark, stock code: 600733). BJEV's business scope covers the research and development, production, sales, and service of complete new energy vehicles and core components, as well as integrated services such as battery swapping and charging operations. It also strategically deploys emerging industries including intelligent manufacturing, energy management, smart mobility, and internet plus, serving as a model for the service-oriented transformation of the manufacturing industry. As of December 2023, BJEV's cumulative sales reached 670,000 vehicles, with its own brand Arcfox, a high-end intelligent new energy vehicle brand built by aggregating premium global resources, targeting socially elite customers with intellectual depth. Models launched include Alpha S, Alpha T, Alpha S HI Edition, Alpha S5, Alpha T5, and Kola. On August 6, 2024, the first model of the Stelato brand, co-developed with Huawei, the Stelato S9, was officially released. BJEV will always adhere to a user-oriented approach, leverage technological and business model innovation, and provide users with green, smart, and convenient mobility solutions. It is committed to contributing to the development of China's new energy vehicle industry and creating a national business card for new energy vehicles.
