SMOM (Wuhan) Automobile Mould Co., Ltd. is a Sino-French joint venture established in April 2009, located in the *Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. It was jointly founded by Wuhan Huiheng Industrial Co., Ltd. and SMOM Mould Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the French Financière Snop Dunois Group. The total investment is RMB 100 million (registered capital RMB 50 million). The company's main business scope includes the design, manufacture, sales, repair and installation of progressive dies for automobile stamping parts, assembly dies, checking fixtures, welding fixtures and related machinery and equipment; the import and export of the above machinery and equipment or their parts; and the provision of related services such as repair, installation and commissioning for the above machinery and equipment. Since its establishment, the company has taken it as its mission to provide innovative, high-quality and efficient tooling and services for the automobile industry.
