Ruiho Auto Mould Co., Ltd. was established in March 2002, located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Wuhu City, Anhui Province. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of high-end equipment for automobile body manufacturing—stamping dies and automated welding production lines. In September 2020, Ruiho Mould successfully entered the A-share capital market (stock code: 002997). The group-based Ruiho Company now has four subsidiaries: Anhui Ruixiang Industry Co., Ltd., Fuji Ruiho Giken (Wuhu) Co., Ltd., Wuhu Ruiho Haobo Mould Co., Ltd., and Wuhu Ruiho Checking Fixture Technology Co., Ltd. The group currently has over 1,500 employees, an annual output value of nearly 2 billion yuan, 50 large gantry CNC machining centers, and 30 large-tonnage debugging presses. It has now formed a domestic group-based full-industry-chain enterprise integrating the development, design, and manufacturing of automobile moulds, checking fixtures, and automated welding production lines, ranking among the industry leaders in automobile covering parts moulds, aluminum sheet parts moulds, and aluminum body welding. Wuhan Ruijing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ruiho Mould, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is mainly a technology center focusing on the research and development of high-end intelligent equipment, new energy lightweight body intelligent welding lines and outer covering parts moulds, and informatization, and is the core R&D department of the Ruiho Group. It is located in Donghe Center, Wuhan Economic Development Zone, with an office area of nearly 2,000 square meters and a total R&D team of 200 people.
