Shanghai Huayuan Chuangxin Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayuan Chuangxin") was established in March 2014 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, registered in Putuo District, Shanghai. It has a 1,250-square-meter R&D site in the Science Park of East China Normal University (No. 1006 Jinshajiang Road). The company is jointly funded by the 32nd Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and East China Normal University, and serves as the supporting entity, market-oriented entity, and industrialization platform of the National Trusted Embedded Software Engineering Technology Research Center. The National Trusted Embedded Software Engineering Technology Research Center was approved for construction by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2013 and passed acceptance in Shanghai in 2017. It is the first engineering research center in China with trusted and embedded technologies as key technologies.

Huayuan Chuangxin focuses on major key equipment fields such as industrial control, rail transit, and electronics. Based on the RuiHua embedded real-time operating system and trusted computing technology, it provides self-controllable, secure and trustworthy integrated embedded systems and solutions combining hardware and software, enhancing the safety of major equipment and the sustainable development capability of the industry.

The company's fully domestic embedded systems and solutions have been widely applied in safety-critical fields such as rail transit, automotive electronics, nuclear power control, industrial automation, aerospace, and military electronic equipment, enhancing the independent innovation and differentiated competitive capability of trusted embedded systems, effectively improving the safety capability of major equipment, and ensuring the safety of major equipment and security.
