Center Introduction This center was established in December 2002 and renamed Jiangxi Zhonghao Construction Engineering Testing Center in September 2006, with registered capital of 1.8 million yuan. It has independent legal person status and is a first-level laboratory that bears legal responsibilities and obligations externally. In 2017, the center passed the re-evaluation of Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision for the fifth time, and the metrological accreditation certificate number is ***********5. At the same time, it obtained the engineering quality testing technical qualification certificate issued by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Construction, and can undertake pile foundation quality testing and routine testing capabilities (certificate number: Gan Jian Jian Zi No. 360100049). The specific testing scope is detailed in the copy of the qualification certificate. The center has complete testing standards, complete rules and regulations, and brand-new testing instruments and equipment. 80% of the equipment is fully computer-controlled, leading in the province. The center has a testing department and a comprehensive office. The testing department has Testing Room 1, Testing Room 2, and Testing Room 3; the comprehensive office has Equipment and Data Management Room, Finance Room, and Administration Room. There are currently 108 employees, including 6 with senior professional titles and 36 with intermediate professional titles. Those with intermediate or above professional titles account for 38.89% of the whole center. The office location is located at No. 1177 Dongsheng Avenue, Changdong Industrial Park, Nanchang City, with a building area of about 2,000 square meters. This center mainly provides the following technical services: 1. Physical performance testing of cement, physical performance testing of sand, crushed stone, and pebble for ordinary concrete, and physical performance testing of mortar and concrete for construction. 2. Physical performance testing of ordinary fired bricks, fired hollow bricks, fly ash bricks, ordinary concrete small hollow blocks, lightweight aggregate concrete small blocks, and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, performance testing of concrete admixtures, and testing of bonding strength of facing tiles. 3. Tensile and bending performance testing of construction steel, tensile testing of welded steel bars, and pull-out, shear performance testing of planted bars and anchor bolts. 4. Rock and soil testing. 5. On-site testing of highway subgrade and pavement. 6. Chemical analysis of steel bars, cement, sand and stone, and water quality analysis. 7. Runway FWD deflection testing. 8. Pile foundation, composite foundation testing, and soil nail wall support technology, etc., as detailed in the appendix to the qualification accreditation metrological certification certificate.
