Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Payton Technology) was established on July 2, 2004, located in the central area of Futian District, Shenzhen. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000021). Its registered capital is RMB 248 million, with a total investment of RMB 1.3 billion. As a national high-tech enterprise, Payton Technology is mainly engaged in packaging and testing services for high-end memory chips (DRAM, NAND FLASH). It has passed ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, QC080000 and other quality management system certifications. In 2019, it packaged and tested approximately 373 million high-end memory chips, with imports and exports reaching USD 1.224 billion. Payton Technology is a domestic enterprise with the capability of packaging and testing high-end memory modules. Since its establishment, it has continuously introduced multiple sets of world-class packaging and testing production equipment, all of which were the first introduced or unique in China. Payton Technology has achieved mass production of DRAM particles DDR4 and DDR3, with a monthly packaging and testing output of over 50 million units, and has the mass production capability for LPDDR4, LPDDR3, and solid-state drives (SSD), with a monthly packaging and testing capacity of up to 6 million units. The packaging and testing engineering team has over 15 years of rich experience and technical reserves, and has the capability to design packaging solutions and analyze various types of products. It can also provide diversified testing solution development and optimization services according to customer requirements. Currently, Payton Technology has provided quality chip packaging and testing services to multiple domestic and international DRAM and FLASH manufacturers, and has established stable and good cooperative relationships. In the future, the development of new-generation high-end memory packaging and testing technology will be updated in sync with market demands and product upgrades.
