Beijing DeHeng Law Offices is a global comprehensive law firm with 34 domestic branches and 8 overseas branches. Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Chongqing) (hereinafter referred to as DeHeng Chongqing) is a directly affiliated branch established in Chongqing on June 8, 2011, with a strategic focus on localizing legal services for DeHeng's global clients and targeting the western legal services market. DeHeng Chongqing currently has over 200 full-time lawyers, professional consultants, and legal assistants. On July 17, 2019, led by DeHeng Chongqing, representatives from the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) Court, the Southwest Sub-Commission of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the Belt and Road International Commercial Mediation Center signed a cooperation agreement to establish the Belt and Road International Commercial Mediation Center (Chongqing Free Trade Zone Court Mediation Room), engaging in in-depth cooperation to build a one-stop dispute resolution mechanism integrating litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
