II. Applicant Qualifications

Famous teachers, backbone teachers
1. Age 50 and below, bachelor's degree or above;

2. Graduated from a major related to the subject taught, with 10 years or more of work experience in a full-time school;

3. Those whose school's teaching quality has been in a leading position in the local area in recent years, and whose classes rank at the top of the grade are preferred;

4. Those who have served as homeroom teacher, grade group leader, teaching research or teaching management in large (high-quality) private schools, and whose individual or team teaching performance is excellent are preferred;

5. Special-grade teachers, provincial and municipal subject leaders, provincial and municipal famous teachers, provincial and municipal backbone teachers, provincial and municipal teaching experts, members of provincial and municipal famous teacher studios,
provincial and municipal or above first prize in high-quality courses and related honors are preferred;

6. Requirements on education and age may be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

Young teachers
1. Bachelor's degree or above, full-time graduation from 985/211/Double First-Class universities preferred;

2. Excellent professional ability, good comprehensive qualities, strong learning ability, five years or more of teaching experience preferred;
