江苏阚山发电有限公司位于江苏省徐州市贾汪区境内，距市区约45公里。公司成立于2005年6月，公司注册资本10亿元，现股东为上海电力股份有限公司、江苏省国信资产管理集团公司、江苏省能源投资有限公司和徐州华兴投资公司，股权比例分别为55%、20%、20%、5%。
公司2×600MW超超临界燃煤发电机组，总投资55.5亿元，采用了超超临界发电技术和两缸两排汽汽轮机技术，同步建设了烟气脱硫和脱硝装置。工程于2005年9月开工建设，#1、#2机组分别于2007年10月和2008年1月通过168小时满负荷试运行，具备商业运营条件。2010年1月20日，国家发改委核准了公司2×600MW超超临界燃煤发电机组。
