It is a private enterprise specializing in electronic OEM processing, with independent legal person status and independent import and export rights. After years of steady development, it currently has more than 2,000 square meters of modern factory buildings, more than 1,500 square meters of multi-functional dormitory buildings, more than 1,000 square meters of employee living areas, and more than 80 employees. 1. SMT Department
I-PULSE M2MOUNTING CENTER; M4a; M4e high-speed multi-function placement machines. 1 KINCE fully automatic printer; 2 semi-automatic printers; 2 KINCE (9 temperature zones, 18 set points) lead-free reflow soldering machines, etc. With the support of these powerful equipment, it can place 1005 (1.0 X 0.5mm) conventional chips, QFP ICs with a pitch of 0.3mm, and BGA ICs with a pitch of 0.2mm.
2. Insertion Department
The company has 2 insertion production lines, each 30 meters long, with a daily output of 1 million insertion pieces. It has various supporting equipment, including 3 fully automatic dual-wave soldering machines, automatic lead cutting machines, IC forming machines, electronic forming machines, iron wire forming machines, etc. The insertion lines have strict control measures, and the defect rate is controlled within 200PPM.
3. Assembly Department
The assembly department has 2 production lines, each 30 meters long. It has *new high- and low-frequency testing instruments and meters, professional industrial engineering (IE) design production processes and procedures, and various professional skilled electronic engineering (PE) personnel for technical support, which can meet the production process and product quality control requirements of various products. An equipment management department and full-time equipment management personnel have been established, and equipment management files and equipment maintenance records have been set up to ensure the good condition of production equipment.
4. Engineering Department
It has an electronic engineering group, industrial engineering group, ME engineering group, PE engineering group, and structural engineering group, which analyze and research various products, formulate processes, and control manufacturing processes. It has advanced machine tools to make various product fixtures and can promptly handle production line problems.
5. Quality Department
It has related functional departments such as IQC, QA, and QE under it, and has strict control procedures for material warehousing, manufacturing processes, and shipment. The division of labor and responsibilities are clear, based on data, with prevention as the main focus, and production and inspection are strictly carried out in accordance with ISO9001:2000 and customer requirements.
6. Material Control Department
① Use a complete MRP-II system to rationalize material management.
② Ensure reasonable and correct placement of stored raw materials with clear identification.
③ Inspect inventory materials once a week to ensure the first-in, first-out principle.
④ Ensure good ventilation in the warehouse and monitor the temperature and humidity of the warehouse at any time, keeping them within the allowed range.
