Chongqing Haite Environmental Protection (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. It is a cross-industry, cross-regional environmental protection industry group company integrating the manufacturing of automotive environmental protection components, investment and operation of urban natural gas pipelines, and the manufacturing of clean energy commercial vehicles. Headquartered in Chongqing, it has more than 30 wholly-owned or controlling subsidiaries distributed in more than ten provinces and cities across China, including Chongqing, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hunan, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Hebei, Beijing, Xinjiang, and Heilongjiang, with more than 3,500 employees and total assets of more than 1.5 billion yuan.



The company's current main businesses include three major industries: automotive environmental protection products, clean energy, and the automobile industry. At present, the three main business segments of Haite Group are advancing together and have good development momentum.



The automotive environmental protection industry company has 8 wholly-controlled production bases in Chongqing, Nanjing, Hebei, Harbin, Zhuzhou, Liuzhou, Beijing, and Hefei, covering the national market. It has domestic first-class and internationally advanced automated production and R&D facilities and equipment, and currently has an annual production capacity of 3 million liters of three-way catalysts, 3 million sets of automobile mufflers, and 3 million sets of catalytic converters. It is an exhaust system integration supplier with high technological content, strong economic strength, and large production scale in the same industry in China.

The company's automotive exhaust system products serve more than 20 major automobile manufacturers, including FAW Group, SAIC Group, GAC Group, Brilliance Auto, Dongfeng Motor, Volvo Trucks, Daihatsu Japan, Changhe Suzuki, Changan Automobile, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Chery Automobile, Geely Automobile, BAIC Group, Foton Motor, BAIC Yinxiang, Great Wall Motors, BYD, Lifan Motors, and Dongfeng Yu'an. It can meet a series of needs of customers nationwide, including local large-scale production, supporting, and rapid service response.



In the clean energy industry, the urban pipeline gas business has covered six major regions across China: Anhui, Hunan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Xinjiang, and Jiangxi. It has invested in and built 21 city gas projects and 15 LNG and CNG vehicle refueling station projects, serving a population of more than 10 million and selling 100 million cubic meters of natural gas annually.



In the automobile industry, Haite Group officially entered the automobile manufacturing industry after acquiring Sichuan Suining Dongcheng Vehicle Co., Ltd. in 2010 and Sichuan Jiabao Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. in 2011. At present, Dongcheng Vehicle Company has an annual production capacity of 20,000 low-speed vehicles and 50,000 tricycles. Haite's newly invested automobile industrial park is located in the Suining Anju District Industrial Concentration Development Zone, Sichuan, China, covering an area of 3,000 mu, with a planned investment of 4 billion yuan. It plans to build an annual production capacity of 150,000 commercial vehicles and 200,000 electric vehicles, of which the main automobile plant covers 1,500 mu and has China's advanced and complete four major automobile processes. Haite Dongcheng Automobile Industrial Park will focus on producing clean energy vehicles, building China's largest natural gas commercial vehicle and the largest economy electric vehicle production base in the western region.



Since its establishment, the group company has attached importance to R&D, quality, and social benefits while developing. The company has successively obtained membership in the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, been recognized as a key enterprise for industrial supporting in Chongqing, a Chongqing high-tech enterprise, a backbone enterprise of China's environmental protection industry, and an excellent private enterprise in Chongqing. It has successively passed ISO9001, QS9000, and TS16949 quality system certifications and ISO14001 environmental system certification. Its products have passed China automotive product certification, China environmental protection product certification, and high-tech product certification. The "HT" brand automobile exhaust purifier independently developed and produced by the company won the title of "Key New Product" evaluated by five ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Environmental Protection Administration.



At present, Haite Group has formed a rigorous, highly skilled, and dedicated management and scientific research backbone team with 2 doctoral supervisors, 5 doctors, 16 masters, and more than 90 senior engineers and economists.
