Ferguson (Wuhan) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture joint-stock enterprise located in Zhuankou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wuhan City. Since its establishment, the company has specialized in the research, development, and manufacturing of nutritional supplement products for pregnant women and nutritional products for infants and young children. It has successfully independently developed nutrient supplement products suitable for the physiques of Chinese pregnant women and infants and young children, integrating the research and development, production, sales, and service of pharmaceuticals and health foods, and has focused on maternal and infant nutrition for over ten years.
The company currently has a 35,000-square-meter factory building that integrates office and production and complies with international cGMP standards. The company is a high-tech enterprise recognized by Hubei Province, a provincial-level recognized technology center for the research and development of health foods, nutritional foods, and pharmaceuticals, a *** postdoctoral scientific research workstation, and has been recognized as a Hubei Province * trademark. It has currently passed the certifications of the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO22000 and HACCP food safety management systems. Since 2010, the company has planned to produce pharmaceutical products and enter the global market, and has established and operated new pharmaceutical project development in accordance with U.S. GMP and ICH standards. Ferguson has participated in many major national public health projects, including the National Population and Family Planning Commission's birth defects intervention project and the National Health and Family Planning Commission, Women's Federation, and Children's Foundation nutrition improvement projects. It produces 1 billion bags of solid granule powder and 1.5 billion soft capsules annually. The company's main products include maternal nutritional supplements and folic acid nutrient soft capsules, among others, and have been awarded the title of "Nutrition and Health Advocacy Product" by the National Public Nutrition Development Center and recommended nationwide.
