Huazhong Evaluation Center of China Information Technology Security Evaluation Center (Hunan Information Technology Security Evaluation Center)

The Huazhong Evaluation Center of China Information Technology Security Evaluation Center (Hunan Information Technology Security Evaluation Center) (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") was established in November 2001. It was founded in accordance with the international common criteria ISO15408 and ISO/IEC17025:2005, and is a public institution with independent legal entity status.
The Center possesses first-class domestic information security vulnerability analysis resources and testing and evaluation technical equipment, and has established specialized technical laboratories and technical service departments for basic vulnerability research, information system security assessment, product security testing, system vulnerability analysis, and network system security monitoring. It mainly provides information security evaluation, risk assessment, monitoring and early warning, and emergency response services to Party and government organs, enterprises, and public institutions.
The Center has always adhered to the service philosophy of "scientific, standardized, objective, and fair," established a strict quality management system, and achieved major work results in information security testing and evaluation, technological innovation, major security assurance, and social services. It has successively received full recognition and unanimous praise from leaders at all levels, departments, and society. In April 2008, the Center was awarded the title of "Third Hunan Information Industry Top Ten Outstanding Youth Collective."
