Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of the Company, and the Shenzhen Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission is the actual controller of the Company. At present, the Company's main businesses are the high-tech industry represented by polarizers for liquid crystal displays, high-end textile and garment, and the operation and management of self-owned property hotels.
