It is a diversified multinational large enterprise group mainly engaged in project investment, trade, and the construction and management of leisure tourism resort hotels. The group is one of the earlier enterprises in Chongqing to invest in the construction and operation of hot spring tourism. It has accumulated years of experience in hot spring development and application, hot spring hotel architectural and landscape design, construction and management. It is also an enterprise group with relatively abundant hot spring resources and significant industry influence in Chongqing, and a pioneer in the Chongqing Municipal Government's effort to build a 'World Capital of Hot Springs'.

Since its establishment, the company has owned multiple hot spring resources in China and has over a thousand employees. As a vice-chairman unit of the Chongqing Hot Spring Association, Tianci Hot Spring once participated in the formulation of China's first nationwide hot spring industry standard—'Classification and Evaluation of Service Quality Grades of Hot Spring Enterprises.' It currently owns multiple companies including Hong Kong Daqian International Holding Group Co., Ltd., France Limeng Chateau International Hotel Management Group, France Stéphane Gerber Co., Ltd., France Tianyi International Holding Company, Hong Kong Zhongguang Film and Television Media Group Co., Ltd., and has wholly acquired France Limeng Chateau Manor Resort Hotel, France Maintenon Royal Golf Club, etc. Since 2017, the company's self-operated Tianci Hot Pot has won the reputation of 'Top 50 Chongqing Hot Pot Food Brands' and has successfully expanded across the ocean to Paris, France, Rome, Italy, and other places. To maintain the authentic and pure taste of Chongqing hot pot, the main ingredients are air-freighted to Europe, and the organic green vegetables used all come from its own farm in Italy and have received EU organic vegetable certification, allowing people to enjoy the deliciousness of Chongqing hot pot while also ensuring health. In November 2022, the Tianci Chongqing Hot Pot flagship store officially opened in Xicheng District, Beijing.
