医院占地面积7万余平方米，总资产10亿元，设有40个临床科室，10个医技科室，开放床位1100张。目前医院现有职工约2300人，高级职称300余人，硕士及以上学位人员500余人。医院被评为全国首批住院医师规范化培训基地，*全科医生规范化培训基地。医院拥有国家重点专科建设项目2项，北京市重点实验室1个，卫生部腔镜培训中心4个，硕、博士培养点36个，同时建有北京市中西医结合肿瘤研究所。医院全力打造“技术、服务、管理”三大品牌，倡导以人为本的健康医疗服务模式，以“病人的生命、健康和满意高于一切”为服务宗旨，努力建设以肿瘤为特色的大专科、强综合、学院型、特色型、现代化、国际化品牌医院，为患者提供更加高效、便捷、优质的医疗服务。
