Introduction to the Free Trade Zone International Talent Service Center:
To support the development of the Free Trade Zone and strengthen innovation in talent management systems, under the leadership of the Human Resources Division of the Administrative Committee of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and with participation from the Shanghai Talent Service Industry Association, Shanghai Social Insurance Management Center, Shanghai Pudong New Area Employment Promotion Center, Shanghai Pudong New Area Talent Exchange Center, and Shanghai Pudong International Talent City, the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone International Talent Service Center was established in August 2014. It is responsible for providing public services, market services, and supporting services to enterprises within the Free Trade Zone, aiming to gather leading domestic and international human resources institutions through the improvement of public and market-oriented human resources service products; introduce and cultivate a batch of talents urgently needed for industrial development, forming a core advantage of industrial talent aggregation, promoting the construction of a talent highland in the Free Trade Zone, facilitating industrial upgrading of the Pilot Free Trade Zone, integrating into international competition, and enhancing the overall comprehensive competitiveness of the Free Trade Zone, making positive contributions to Shanghai's international talent highland construction and the development strategy of an "international metropolis."
