Wuhan Zhongke Ruihua Ecological Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd., abbreviated as Zhongke Ecology, was established in 2010, listed on the New Third Board in 2016, and entered the main board listing counseling period in 2019.
Zhongke Ecology is a high-tech enterprise in China dedicated to the aquatic biotechnology industry, mainly engaged in the research and development, design, customization, and technology integration services of aquatic core technologies and products. The company's products are widely used in hydropower and water conservancy, agriculture, forestry and environment, habitat protection areas, rivers, lakes and oceans, and other restoration industries. Its main customers include major hydropower, water conservancy, nuclear power, agriculture and forestry, environmental protection, municipal, and other large enterprises across the country.

Currently, the company operates more than 40 aquatic biological proliferation stations; its self-developed recirculating water and fish passage ecological equipment occupy 80% of the domestic hydropower industry market; it undertakes nearly 20 fishway, fish lift, and fish collection and transportation engineering technology operation projects; and its ecological monitoring and biological testing, aquatic animal and plant, and microbial system restoration technologies lead the industry.
At present, the company has more than 300 employees, of whom 80% are intermediate and senior technical personnel with bachelor's degrees or above. It has four major scientific and technological innovation platforms: the Hubei Yangtze River Aquatic Ecological Protection Research Institute, the Hubei Aquatic Species Protection and Restoration Engineering Technology Research Center, the CMA Aquatic Biological Testing Laboratory, and the Wuhan Enterprise R&D Center. It has brought together several domestic academicians and experts for deep industry-university-research cooperation, and has established five major professional teams in biological resources, ecological equipment, fish passage engineering, ecological restoration, and ecological monitoring and testing; obtained 22 core patents in aquatic biotechnology; participated in the compilation of 3 national standards; and was awarded the title of National Intellectual Property Standard Implementation Enterprise.
In the past two years, the company has successively won the 10th China Environmental Excellence Award, the Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise Award, and the Wuchang District High-tech Private Enterprise Honor!
