Shenzhen Zhongfa Certified Public Accountants (General Partnership) began preparations in June 1994 and was formally established in March 1995, originally affiliated with the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. In December 1997, with the approval of the Office of the Shenzhen Social Audit System Reform Leading Group and the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, it was restructured into a partnership accounting firm. On April 15, 2010, approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the name was changed from Shenzhen Zhongfa Certified Public Accountants to Shenzhen Zhongfa Certified Public Accountants (General Partnership).
