Decheng Holding Group was founded in 1993 and is an industrial operation investment holding company headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei. Guided by the strategic framework of "one core and two new sectors," the Group focuses on developing core asset operations of industrial parks and urban complexes, while fostering synergistic development of the industrial ecosystem through new materials and new services.
At present, the Group has formed three major business segments: Decheng Park, Decheng New Materials, and Decheng New Services. Through 30 years of development and accumulation, it operates and manages industrial parks and urban complexes with a total area of nearly 10 million square meters, serving 6,000 enterprises. It has been selected for many consecutive years as one of the Top 100 Private Enterprises in Hubei Province and Top 20 Private Enterprises in the Service Industry in Hubei.
