厦门市人才服务中心（台湾人才服务部）是由厦门市人才服务中心与台湾汎亚人力资源集团通过举办“台湾专业人才对接会”（原“台湾地区专业人才暨大学毕业生大陆就业洽谈会”）合作而成。目的主要是进行两岸人才交流与合作研讨、构建两岸猎才网、开展猎头服务，七年来在业务范围和服务深度上不断扩大和加深。为进一步服务好台湾人才，厦门市人才服务中心在市公务员局、市编委办的指导和支持下，设立了“台湾人才服务部”，集人才交流、政策咨询、手续代办、后续服务于一体，为台湾人才提供就业推荐、代办出入境、驾照转换、政策与信息咨询等10余项服务，以形成多样化、全方位的两岸人才交流服务平台。
