Nanjing Guoxuan Battery Co., Ltd. was established in April 2015, invested by Hefei Guoxuan High-Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (*), with a registered capital of 310 million RMB. It mainly engages in the research and development, production, and sales of new-type lithium-ion batteries, holding core technology intellectual property rights, and mainly cooperates with automobile manufacturers such as SAIC, BAIC, Zhongtong, Sunwin, and King Long. The parent company of Hefei Guoxuan, Guoxuan High-Tech Co., Ltd., is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002074).
Within just one year of its establishment, the company was awarded the national "High-Tech Enterprise", "Jiangsu Province Private Technology Enterprise", and "Jiangsu Province Excellent Enterprise", and in 2016 passed the TS16949 and ISO14001 quality system certifications. In June 2016, the assembly team of our product manufacturing department received the "National Quality Trustworthy Team" title. The company has been recognized as the Nanjing Engineering Technology Research Center and Nanjing Enterprise Center.
Nanjing Guoxuan inherits Guoxuan's innovative genes, emphasizing technological R&D and technological innovation reserves. The company currently has 600 employees, including over 50 scientific and technological R&D personnel, covering multiple professional fields such as electrochemical research and materials physical chemistry, with rich experience and development capabilities. The company currently holds 29 patents, with 9 invention patents authorized, and multiple patents are being applied or accepted. In 2016, R&D investment was 33 million RMB, and in 2017, approximately 45 million RMB, with a total of 18 scientific research projects initiated so far. On the basis of independent research and development, Nanjing Guoxuan relies on Guoxuan High-Tech's strong R&D capabilities, sharing the three major research centers in Silicon Valley, Shanghai, and Hefei, and has established good cooperative relationships with many universities and research institutions, including Dow Chemical Company, the US National Laboratory, University of Science and Technology of China, National University of Singapore, and Nanjing Tech University.
Nanjing Guoxuan emphasizes informatization and intelligent development, with advanced equipment and a high level of automation. The proportion of operation instructions automatically issued by the system to digital equipment accounts for more than 50% of all operation instructions, and the level of informatized production monitoring can directly monitor equipment, achieving comprehensive automated logistics and warehousing systems and automated feeding. The company is in the process of establishing ERP and MES systems. The ERP management system will ensure the effective combination of administrative office affairs, human resource management, and business management by also implementing human resources (HR) and office automation (OA). In the future, through the MES system, intelligent automation control will be achieved, including processing parameter optimization, real-time monitoring of production processes, digital logistics tracking, online high-precision detection, automatic equipment early warning, etc.
