Shenzhen YHLO Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YHLO") was established in 2008 with a registered capital of 567 million yuan. It is a listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (stock code: 688575). Headquartered in Baolong Science and Technology City, Baolong Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, the company is primarily engaged in the research, development, production, sales, and service of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products in the biomedical industry. It is a national high-tech enterprise with a large number of independent intellectual property rights. It is also a "Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" at the national, Guangdong Province, and Shenzhen levels, and has received multiple honors including the First Prize of Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award, Patent Awards of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen, Top 70 Innovative Enterprises in Shenzhen, and the 18th Shenzhen Famous Brand. In the first half of 2022, the group's output value reached 3.15 billion yuan, with tax payments of 105 million yuan. YHLO focuses on research and innovation in the in vitro diagnostics field, with over 1,500 employees, of whom R&D personnel account for more than 25%. It has established six major IVD technology platforms: chemiluminescence, fluorescence immunochromatography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunoblotting, indirect immunofluorescence, and colloidal gold immunochromatography. Products cover business fields such as autoimmune diseases, infectious immunity, liver disease testing, reproductive health, and respiratory tract testing. More than 300 products are widely used in medical institutions such as hospitals at all levels, health centers, community clinics, and third-party testing centers, with a market share of over 54% in domestic Grade-A tertiary hospitals. While solidifying its position in the domestic market, YHLO actively expands internationally. Its products have been sold to over 100 countries and regions in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Americas, earning the favor and recognition of global customers. YHLO adheres to independent innovation, guided by market demand and dedicated to customer service. It has established a systematic IVD industry chain research layout from raw material development to in vitro diagnostic instruments and reagent development. Since its establishment more than a decade ago, YHLO has successively undertaken major science and technology projects from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, the Shenzhen Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. Among them, the project "Research and Industrialization of High-Throughput Fully Automated Immunoassay Analyzers and Supporting Reagents" was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and has been listed as a major project of Shenzhen and a key introduction project of Longgang District for four consecutive years. As of June 30, 2022, the company has obtained 133 domestic authorized patents and 17 international patents.
