陕西文物保护专修学院是经陕西省教育厅批准，陕西省文物局业务指导、与陕西文物保护研究院（西安文物保护修复中心）合作办学、为我省乃至全国文化遗产保护培养高技能应用型人才的学院。学院创始于2000年，2010年经陕西省教育厅、陕西省文物局积极引导和扶持更名成立，也是目前国内专业的文化遗产保护职业技术教育学院，先后荣获教育部中国民办教育协会高等教育专业委员会授予的“中国优秀民办高校”、国家文物局授予的“国家文物局文博人才培训示范基地”等称号。
