In August 2007, its A shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 002162, formerly known as Shanghai CIMIC Holdings Co., Ltd. To respond to social development needs, since 2015, Yuexin Health Group has actively transformed into the big health industry and established wholly-owned subsidiaries "Shanghai Yuexin Health Medical Investment Management Co., Ltd." and "Shanghai Yuexin An Investment Management Co., Ltd." in the same year, engaging in investment and management consulting services for projects in the medical and elderly care industries, laying the foundation for the company's long-term development of integrated medical and elderly care big health industry. Many technologies of CIMIC products are far superior to national standards. The interior and exterior wall dry-hanging and pasting products and technologies developed and promoted by CIMIC, as well as anti-static floors, have gained wide acclaim from industry insiders and outsiders. Among them, the enterprise standard for interior and exterior wall pasting technology has obtained enterprise standard certification from the Standardization Technical Committee for Building Products and Components under the Ministry of Construction.
