I. Basic Overview of Pony Group: Pony Testing International Group is a well-known large comprehensive inspection, testing and certification group in China (hereinafter referred to as Pony Group). It was founded in 2002 and headquartered in Beijing. It has 26 large experimental bases, 42 wholly-owned subsidiaries and more than 60 branches in China, with more than 6,000 employees. Its network covers the whole country as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan. It has successively purchased land in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuhan and other places to build four major operation and R&D centers with independent property rights. Pony Group was founded through the restructuring of a national scientific research institute. It is a biomedical engineering laboratory approved by Beijing, a national food re-inspection institution, a cosmetics registration and filing inspection and testing institution announced by the State Food and Drug Administration, a postdoctoral research workstation listed in Beijing, and a *high-tech enterprise. It has been recognized and affirmed by multiple ministries and commissions such as the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Its business areas mainly cover: food and agricultural products, health products, biomedicine, environmental safety monitoring, electronic products, automobiles, daily chemicals (including masks, disinfection products, etc.), medical testing, genes, toxicology, pathology, animal experiments and other fields. Its business areas basically cover all important fields of China's national economy. In recent years, with strong scientific research and technical capabilities and advanced professional equipment, the Group has successfully transformed a number of rapid testing products, such as food safety rapid testing kits, African swine fever virus rapid testing kits, etc. (1) Food/medicine/health food: It has the qualification for food re-inspection. (2) Genetic testing: In 2019, after strict review, it obtained the qualification of African swine fever testing institution from the Ministry of Agriculture. (3) Toxicological safety and health food functional evaluation. (4) Providing medical device testing and medical equipment calibration services: providing professional and independent medical device testing, medical equipment calibration, medical equipment quality control, medical device acceptance, etc. (5) Pony Medical Laboratory: Beijing Pony Medical Testing Laboratory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pony Testing International Group. It has a medical institution license and a PCR amplification laboratory qualification certificate, and is one of the *nucleic acid testing institutions for COVID-19 facing individuals and groups announced by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission. (6) Testing of human efficacy ingredients in cosmetics: A total of 9 laboratories of Pony Group have the qualification for non-special cosmetics filing testing, and have also carried out cosmetic toxicology and cosmetic human efficacy experiments.
