Guangzhou Guangbai Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a wholly state-owned enterprise under Guangzhou Lingnan Commercial Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. It was renamed in late 2015 following the overall restructuring of Guangzhou Commercial Storage and Transportation Company. The Company was founded in 1953 and is one of the earliest nationally recognized "Key Enterprises for Developing Commercial Logistics Distribution". It is also one of the first batch of key national commercial logistics enterprises designated by the Ministry of Commerce in 2022, and a key enterprise for urban logistics distribution in Guangzhou. For nine consecutive years, it has been selected as a "Top 100 National General Warehousing Enterprise"; for 33 consecutive years, it has been rated as a "Guangdong Province Contract-Abiding and Credit-Worthy Enterprise". It has successively received honors such as "China Warehousing Service Quality Enterprise", "National 4A Logistics Enterprise", "China Supply Chain Innovation Demonstration Enterprise", "National 4A Standardization Good Behavior Enterprise", "National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise", "Guangdong Province Modern Logistics Leading Enterprise", "Guangdong Province First Batch Supply Chain Management Demonstration Enterprise", "Guangdong Province Integrity Demonstration Enterprise", "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Logistics Smooth and Safe Advanced Enterprise", "Guangzhou Top Ten Logistics Enterprise", "Guangzhou Economic and Trade System Enterprise Informatization Advanced Unit", and "Guangzhou Enterprise Culture Construction Excellent Unit". Multiple warehousing bases have been awarded honors including "China Logistics Demonstration Base", "China Five-Star Warehouse", "China Green Warehouse", and "Guangdong Province Strategic Emerging Industry Project Promotion Logistics Park". The Company is committed to building a first-class domestic commercial logistics and supply chain service enterprise, adhering to the service concept of "Safe, Convenient, High-Quality, and Credible", focusing on the coordinated development and complementary advantages of the "One Main, Four Wings" business segments, deeply cultivating the commercial logistics field, promoting the construction of the South China Logistics Hub Park, and developing modern warehousing, urban distribution, integrated supply chain business, and property management. It has approximately 420,000 square meters of land for logistics operations, with three large logistics bases each covering over 100,000 square meters; warehouse area for logistics operations is approximately 274,000 square meters; it owns more than 270 operating vehicles and can allocate over 1,000 social vehicles, building an operation network centered in Guangzhou, relying on the Pearl River Delta, and radiating to South China and nationwide. Since the 1990s, the Company has implemented ISO9001 international quality system management; driven by the development of strategic emerging industry projects, it has promoted the application of logistics standardization and IoT technology; established a provincial-level enterprise technology center, promoted industry-university-research cooperation, independently developed warehouse management systems, introduced and optimized transportation management systems, built a comprehensive supply chain service system, and vigorously promoted standardized and informatized logistics operations. It has successively provided external warehouse and transportation distribution services to multinational clients in consumer goods and chemical industries; provided comprehensive goods sorting and distribution services to tobacco clients across more than 50,000 outlets in the Guangzhou area. In recent years, adapting to market development needs, it has actively developed e-commerce logistics business, providing management, sorting and packaging, value-added services, and urban distribution services to a number of e-commerce enterprises such as JD.com, Aiyaya, RRS, and Meters/bonwe, thereby promoting the healthy and rapid development of the enterprise. The scale of operations and operational quality rank first in the national commercial storage and transportation industry.
