The company holds Class A comprehensive qualification for engineering design, Class One qualification for general contracting of housing construction projects, and related qualifications, enabling it to undertake engineering design business across all industries and various levels, as well as general contracting and project management for 21 industries as classified by the engineering design qualification standards, including construction, machinery, pharmaceuticals, shipbuilding, municipal, commerce, chemical, energy, building materials, and light industry. It also holds Class A qualifications for urban-rural planning, general engineering contracting, construction supervision, engineering consulting, and engineering cost estimation; design qualifications for pressure pipelines and pressure vessels; independent import and export trading rights, certificates for foreign economic cooperation, import and export enterprise qualification certificates, registration certificates for self-declaring customs, qualification for bidding and tendering management units, and licenses for review of construction drawing design documents. The company currently has over 1,300 engineering and technical personnel in more than 30 professional categories, including 1 national design master, over 300 doctoral and master's degree holders in various disciplines, and over 500 registered engineers of various types.
