Chongqing Dongben Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. It is a specialized motorcycle manufacturing enterprise dedicated to the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and international trade of automobiles, motorcycles, engines, agricultural machinery, tractors, and related products. The company is located at No. 18 Yuma Road, Chayuan, Nan'an District, Chongqing, covering an area of 230 mu with a building area of over 70,000 square meters. It currently has more than 1,500 employees (of which engineering and technical development personnel account for 20%), with total assets of 250 million yuan. Dongben Industry has an Automobile Business Unit, an Import and Export Company, a Sales Company, manufacturing branches, and four business units for motorcycles, tricycles, agricultural machinery, and engines. It has a municipal-level enterprise technology center and strong production and R&D capabilities. Its main products include two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles, agricultural tractors, beach buggies, go-karts, UTV flatbed vehicles, and 250-300cc motorcycle engines. Products are exported to European, American, African, and Southeast Asian markets. In 2000, the company invested in and established Vietnam Unite Co., Ltd. in Vietnam, which is a relatively successful Chinese-invested enterprise in Vietnam and was approved for listing by the Vietnam Securities Commission at the end of 2007. At the end of 2007, with approval from relevant Chinese and Vietnamese authorities, it invested in and established Vietnam Dongben Mini Light Truck Manufacturing Co., Ltd., mainly producing light and four-wheeled trucks. The company has passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification of the China Classification Society Quality Certification Center and the UK Royal UKAS certification; the "Dongben" brand motorcycles and engines of the company have passed the national 3C certification; our company is a group member of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, and has been rated as a "AAA" credit enterprise by banks for five consecutive years.
