Shanghai Teledian New Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established in Shanghai in December 2015 by Qingdao Teledian New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Teledian'). Teledian is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tgood (300001), a ChiNext listed company. It is mainly engaged in the construction and operation of charging networks for new energy vehicles and value-added services on the Internet.
Adopting an Internet mindset, Teledian relies on advanced automotive group intelligent charging technology and systems to innovate the business model for electric vehicle charging. It aims to build the largest automotive charging network in China, and to create a leading charging network ecosystem company that satisfies customers and reassures the government. This is achieved through large-system electricity sales, large-platform car sales, large-cooperation car rental, big-data car maintenance, big-payment finance, and large-customer e-commerce. Teledian's strategic goal is to lead the 'triple network integration' of charging networks, vehicle networks, and the Internet, creating a new energy Internet.

It has also reached cooperation intentions with dozens of cities such as Chongqing, Wuhan, Xi'an, Nanjing, Suzhou, Kunming, Zhengzhou, Haikou, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, and Zhangjiakou, and is fully advancing the investment and construction of urban charging facility networks. To date, projects have been implemented in 80 cities, with nearly 30,000 charging terminals built and over 45,000 planned, and the company plans to construct 200,000 charging terminals in 2016.
Teledian's innovative charging system, business model, and enterprising spirit have won recognition and cooperation from many well-known enterprises in the new energy vehicle industry. Currently, Teledian has reached joint venture or strategic cooperation with automakers such as BAIC New Energy, Dongfeng Electric Vehicles, Yutong Bus, King Long Bus, Higer Bus, Nanjing Golden Dragon, Soueast Motor, Zotye Auto, Jianghuai Auto, and Zhejiang Shikong, as well as power battery enterprises including Guoxuan, CATL, CALB, and EVE Energy.
