Guangzhou Chenxin Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established on February 27, 2014. Mr. Xie Chen, the founder of the company, started with a small Taobao online store with only a few people. Later, recognizing that the customer service market was in its infancy and that third-party customer service providers operating as personal workshops were of uneven quality, Chenxin, with its outstanding foresight, took the first step in the field of third-party e-commerce customer service outsourcing and gradually became an important benchmark for industry development and reform. On June 1, 2017, the company upgraded its corporate image and relocated its headquarters to Jinhui Building (No. 123 Jiefang South Road, Yuexiu District), located in the bustling private financial street. In November 2017, due to rapid business growth, Chenxin E-commerce established a Maoming branch, situated in the Wanhui Morgan Times office building in downtown Maoming, which has now been officially put into operation, bringing the total number of employees to nearly 200.
