Main business lines:
•ParaPlus data center online O&M service: Paratera has built a brand-new internet-based 7x24-hour online O&M service system (SaaS) for data centers, disrupting traditional O&M models. By utilizing highly efficient internet-based automated O&M, it transmits real-time O&M data from thousands of data centers to a unified 7x24-hour ultra-large-scale O&M monitoring center. Through automated analysis software and a self-learning expert database, it automatically identifies known hardware and software faults and potential risks across the system, and pushes real-time O&M alarms to the 7x24-hour O&M center staff and data center duty personnel. Professional IT service personnel proactively and directly repair remote data center faults, thereby minimizing fault response and repair time, achieving high-level O&M services at low cost while significantly enhancing data center operation efficiency. For data centers that cannot connect to the internet for reasons such as information security, this solution can be adopted entirely as a private cloud solution for internal data center online O&M.
•Paramon/Paratune application operation feature analysis software: Independently developed by Paratera, it enables the collection and analysis of business operation features in user data centers, supporting simultaneous system-level, application-level, and micro-architecture-level (instruction-level) analysis.
