INESA Intelligent Tech

The company was formerly known as Shanghai Vacuum Electron Devices Co., Ltd., which was established in December 1986 upon the approval of the Shanghai Economic System Reform Leading Group Office, Shanghai Economic Commission, and Shanghai Finance Bureau under Document No. 8 of 1986, and was approved to issue RMB A-shares by the Financial Administration Division of the People's Bank of China Shanghai Branch under Document No. 25 of 1987. Its shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 19, 1990. In addition, upon the approval of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government under Document No. 109 of 1991, the Shanghai Foreign Investment Commission under Document No. 670 of 1991, and the People's Bank of China Shanghai Branch under Document No. 156 of 1991, the company was approved to issue special RMB shares, which were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 21, 1992.
Since June 14, 2012, the company name was changed from Shanghai SVA Electron Co., Ltd. to INESA Electron Co., Ltd., and the English name was changed from SVA Electron Co., Ltd. to INESA Electron Co., Ltd.
On June 3, 2016, the company name was changed from INESA Electron Co., Ltd. to INESA Intelligent Tech Inc., and the English name was changed from INESA Electron Co., Ltd. to INESA Intelligent Tech Inc.
