工作职责:
1、基于蓝鲸研运一体化平台，为中大型企业实现自动化运维转型，参与项目建设中的开发工作，包括蓝鲸平台及ITOM、云资源管理产品场景化产品的全新开发、二次开发及上线保障工作，落地整体产品解决方案；
2、持续学习ITSM、ITIL、ITOM、自动化运维等运管方法论，结合产品解决方案，在项目建设过程中，为客户提供基础的产品培训服务；
3、在国企客户现场参与基于蓝鲸平台的ITSM、CMDB、云资源管理等产品的开发工作；
4、各类运维场景的Python脚本开发；
5、参与客户层面的需求沟通，引导运维需求转化成开发功能需求；
6、配合项目经理，与项目团队成员充分协作，并与客户保持良好的日常工作沟通，高质量完成项目组分配的工作任务，共同推进项目建设进度及保障项目*终顺利验收。
任职资格:
1、大学本科及以上，3年以上工作经验，其中Python开发经验2年以上；
2、熟悉Django等Python的Web开发框架；
3、熟悉MYSQL、Redis、mongodb等数据库，具有一定的数据库设计与优化能力；
4、熟悉异步原理和celery等异步模块的常用场景；
5、了解HTML、JS等前端技术、了解Vue框架；
6、具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力和问题解决能力；
7、具备较强的需求分析能力和系统设计能力，良好文档编写能力。
