启福社会工作服务中心成立于2014年6月，由香港和内地社会工作领域的专家罗观翠教授带领几位福建的社会工作者创办。启福扎根于福建省，提供专业和卓越的社会服务，目前在青少年服务、妇女儿童及家庭服务、长者服务、身心障碍者服务、志愿者服务、文化保育、社区发展及社会工作专业督导、培训等领域承接和运营多个项目，并致力于行业的交流和协作，社会服务的政策倡导及改善，以携手社会各界人士，共同建立一个更加关爱、平等、公义的社会，让人人过更美好和有尊严的生活。
